    Hi Everyone!
    I recently fell in LOVE with a Smooth-Coated Medio. My fiancee and I have decided to adopt one once we are married! I have scoured the internet, but haven't found many breeders in my area.
    Please let me know if anyone has any leads!

    Maria is a smooth-haired Medio from Cape Verde. They are wonderful, affectionate dogs and very good guardians. They have superlative hunting skills and will chase any furry four legged animal, including squirrels, rabbits, foxes and cats. How about taking a honeymoon in Portugal where Podengos are quite common.

    You do not say where you live but you can fly from Newark to Lisbon or via London from many North American airports to Lisbon, Porto or Faro.
